Yates County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to an address on Himrod Road in the Town of Milo for the report of an individual that was outside displaying a firearm in the direction of the caller and vehicles on the roadway. Subsequent to an investigation, Mr. Gray was arrested for menacing another person with a firearm and transported to the Yates County Jail where he will be arraigned in CAP Court.
