Naples man arrested, “threatened the use of the shotgun”

On November 6, 2023 at approximately 1:00pm, Yates County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to Burgess Road in the Town of Middlesex for a physical domestic altercation where Kenneth J. Lorenz III was threatening the use of a shotgun. It was alleged that during the early morning hours of 11/6/23 Mr. Lorenz subjected a female resident to threats and physical abuse with two children under the age of 17 present in the home, while menacing her with a shotgun. Mr. Lorenz was arrested by Yates County Sheriff’s Deputies in Clifton Springs and transported to the Yates County Public Safety Building to await centralized arraignment.
