CO Chris Spaulding is the Yates County Correction Officer of the Year

Officer Jared Bailey nominated Spaulding for the award

From the Yates County Sheriff’s Office,

The Sheriffs Office would like to recognize Correction Officer Chris Spaulding as Correction Officer of the Year. Chief Correction Officer Jared Bailey states” I am proud to offer this nomination and recognize Officer Spaulding, not only for his accomplishments, but for the enthusiasm and energy he brings to his position and the service that he provides to the community. His willingness to always go above and beyond in performance of his duty, acceptance of any task assigned to him, and the take charge drive that he exhibits on a daily basis are commendable and desirable attributes of a Correction Officer. Christopher truly is an asset to this agency, and to the community we serve. We are lucky to have Officer Spaulding and look forward to all that he will accomplish in his future with the Yates County Sheriff’s Office. “

Thank you Officer Spaulding for the exemplary work you perform each day and providing a positive work ethic that is commendable. Presenting the award in support of officer Spaulding are Sheriff Frank Ryan, Undersheriff Brandon Jensen, Chief Correction Officer Jared Bailey, Lieutenant Chad Gridley, Sergeants Dan Davis, Jordan Gilmartin, and Chris’ wife, Deputy Sydney Spaulding.
