CANANDAIGUA – Local animal welfare officials are appealing to the public for help identifying a suspect linked to an ongoing animal cruelty investigation in Ontario County.
The Ontario County Humane Society reported that the incident occurred along Ellen Polimeni Drive in Canandaigua at approximately 3:00 p.m. on July 8.
Although investigators have gathered video footage from several surrounding locations, they have not yet been able to determine the identity of the white male depicted in the surveillance media.
