Loncao comes from St. John Fisher & Nazareth soccer programs

The Keuka College Department of Athletics has announced that Jeremy Loncao has been hired as the new Head Women’s Soccer Coach.
Loncao is no stranger to the Empire 8 Conference. He previously served as Assistant Coach/Head JV Coach at both St. John Fisher University and Nazareth University. He was a member of the conference-winning coaching staff for the Cardinals last season.
“I’d like to thank the administration at Keuka College for selecting me to become the next head coach of the women’s soccer program,” said Loncao. “It’s important we get stability and a system in place as we finish out our time in the Empire 8 and head into the AMCC (Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference). I look forward to contributing to the Keuka College community and leading our program, which will represent our school with honor and integrity.”
Loncao also serves as the RNYFC DPL 17U women’s head coach. Prior to his collegiate and club experiences, Loncao was active at the high school level in the Rochester area. He served as the girls’ coach at Bishop Kearney High School and the boys’ coach at Eastridge, World of Inquiry, and East Rochester high schools.
“Getting started with the team is important so that our players get instilled with the right mindset and values that will ultimately allow them to become better versions of themselves on and off the pitch,” he said. “Team culture, academics, competitiveness, fun, and setting a standard will be the priorities from day one.”
Loncao played soccer at both Brighton High School and Monroe Community College. He earned All-American Honorable Mention for the Tribunes. He then went on to SUNY Brockport to play for the Golden Eagles. Following college, Loncao played professionally in both indoor and outdoor soccer, suiting up for the Rochester Lancers and Roc City Boom.
“Jeremy has strong local recruiting ties, a great vision for our women’s soccer program, and the work ethic we value in our department,” said Associate Vice President and Director of Athletics Jon Accardi M’09. “He knows how important it is to build relationships with student-athletes and recruits, and we’re excited to have him leading the program.”
Loncao will hit the ground running at Keuka College. The Wolves start preseason training on Tuesday, Aug. 18. The 2026 season opens on Tuesday, Sept. 1, at SUNY Morrisville. The Green & Gold will play their first home game at the Jephson Community Athletic Complex on Saturday, Sept. 5, when they host SUNY-ESF at 6 p.m.
