Angela M. “Ange” CIZON, of Andover, NY, formerly of Darwin, Australia, was taken far too soon at the age of 47 by an extremely aggressive form of lung cancer. On Wednesday, September 23, 2026, she was welcomed back into the Source from which we all come, her light rejoining the light that made her. She passed at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY. She was born on June 27, 1979, in Brisbane, Australia.
Ange was a truly remarkable human being who achieved a great deal in her lifetime. With her former husband, Don Harding, she started the Kindness Project in Goulburn, Australia, a community food pantry for families in need of assistance, whatever their circumstances. Ange and Don also founded Darwin Reignite, which grew into a movement dedicated to restoring community spirit and morale. Together they organized an event in Darwin’s central business district that drew thousands of visitors and brought the community together. It reflected one of
Ange’s greatest qualities: she believed in unity.
Ange was a kind, smart, gentle, and vibrant woman who lit up every room she walked into. She was always the life of the party, with a happy-go-lucky demeanor, and she was wholeheartedly selfless, always putting the needs of others before her own.
On June 16, 2025, in Rutland, VT, she married Joshua L. Cizon, who survives. Ange and Josh’s love story was one truly written and carved in the stars by the higher powers that be.
A self-employed copywriter, Ange founded Agent Resume in April 2014. Through it, she helped many people from all over Australia secure jobs across a wide range of fields and professions.
In addition to her husband, Josh, she is survived by her three beloved children: Chloe Harding, Zachary Grose, and Gabriela Harding.

“My beloved wife was a woman deeply cherished, not only by me but by everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. She possessed a rare ability to touch the lives of countless people, leaving a lasting, positive impact on every soul she crossed paths with. Though she is no longer physically present on this earth, she remains my everything. In my heart and mind, our marriage is as strong as it has ever been; love, after all, transcends the physical realm. She has already sent me numerous signs, gentle reminders whispering, ‘Hey, don’t cry; I’m still here.’ We had a pact that whoever departed this life first would paint the most breathtaking sunsets for those left behind. The evening, she passed, the sky ignited in a display of colors so profound that it was, by far, the most beautiful sunset I have ever witnessed. I know it was her telling me something, her final, radiant promise to me. As unconventional as it may sound, the depth of our connection is such that I do not feel I have lost her in any capacity. Instead, I feel her presence constantly by my side, walking with me in spirit in every stride of life I will take. I take great comfort in knowing that she is in a place of perfect peace. In the very moment of her passing, I felt a sudden, overwhelming wave of what she is experiencing: profound inner peace, tranquility, and a sense of absolute freedom. Because of this, I have not shed a single tear. I know this is exactly what she would have wanted: for me to carry on with the same strength and grace she always embodied. “My mum was a beautiful, loving, and incredibly intelligent woman who had so much more life left to live. She had so many dreams, plans, and things she was looking forward to, especially the life she and Josh were building together in the home they had bought. From a young age, she had a love for flying. As a child, she flew planes and dreamed of one day becoming a pilot. She was curious, determined, and incredibly smart, with a mind that always seemed full of ideas and possibilities. She was a woman who deserved more time: more mornings, more laughter, more adventures, and more memories with the people she loved. I love my mum more than words could ever properly express. Losing her has left a space in my life that nobody could ever fill, but I will carry her with me for the rest of my life. She will always be my mum, and I will always be her daughter.” — Chloe

She had a beautiful laugh, a warm hug, and a special way of making even the simplest moments memorable. She loved her Musk Sticks and Minties, enjoyed making collages, and treasured the friendships she made throughout her life. She would make silly voices just to make her children smile, creating little moments that will be cherished forever. Mum was deeply loved,
