ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Regional Health (RRH) is proud to share that Mandy Teeter, MBA, MSW, Senior Vice President of Transformation for RRH and Interim President of Unity Hospital, has been named to Becker’s Hospital Review’s 2026 list of Hospital and Health System Chief Transformation Officers to Know.
The national list recognizes executives who are leading significant change within their organizations, from improving operations and workflows to reimagining how care is delivered.

That perspective, combined with her ability to consistently deliver results, makes her an exceptional leader.”
Teeter leads Rochester Regional Health’s enterprise transformation portfolio, overseeing more than 20 workstreams across the integrated health system. Among her recent accomplishments, Teeter led the systemwide implementation of an AI-powered perioperative optimization platform across more than 85 operating rooms, thus helping create capacity for approximately 100 additional surgical cases each month using existing resources.
Teeter also leads operational alignment for Rochester Regional Health’s $131 million strategic construction portfolio, supporting the health system’s continued investment in its facilities and the communities it serves.
In September, Teeter became Interim President of Unity Hospital, having previously serving as its Chief Operating Officer. Her career at Rochester Regional Health builds on an earlier background as a behavioral health therapist and leadership roles including Chief Administrative Officer and COO.
