The Board of Directors will update the applications for the above-mentioned scholarships and submit such to the schools eligible for said scholarships as well as the club’s website (www.bathnyrotary.org).
As in the past, a luncheon for the scholarship recipients and their parents will be held in May 2027. Yard signs will be placed in June 2027 in the yards of the scholarship recipients. These signs recognize and honor the students for their academic achievements, extracurricular activities, and community service.
Anyone wishing to donate funds for the yard signs, stating a Rotary Scholarship Winner Lives Here, may send a check, made payable to BRSF, Inc., to: Ms. Jami Long, BRSF, Inc. Treasurer, 101 West Morris Street, Bath, NY 14810.
Donations for the flowers on the luncheon tables and/or boutonnieres for the scholarship recipients can also be mailed to Ms. Long at the above address. Please write yard signs or flowers on the memo line of the check.
The youth of today are indeed the future of the world and Rotary. The scholarships offered indeed support this belief.
