Whether you are new to the world of Pétillant-Naturel, also known as Pét-Nats, or an established fan, you’ll want to join us for a special party to celebrate the release of our most recent Pét-Nats.
The Pétillant-Naturel method predates Méthode Champenoise as a way to produce a bubbly wine. Wine is bottled before fermentation is complete, and it finishes fermenting in the bottle, resulting in fun, lower-alcohol sparkling wine.
We invite you to taste these exciting wines for yourself and learn about their intriguing production methods from head winemaker Wes Andrew. The evening will include:
