Summer Tradition Returns as Watkins Glen Farmers Market Opens at Clute Park

WATKINS GLEN – The Watkins Glen Farmers Market is set to return for the summer season, opening on Thursday, June 19, in conjunction with the Village of Watkins Glen’s annual Summer Concert Series. Organizers said the market will operate from 4 to 7 p.m. each Thursday through Sept. 11 at Clute Park, located at the intersection of 11th Street and Porter Street along Seneca Lake.

The weekly market will feature a variety of locally produced goods and products from regional vendors. Shoppers can expect to find fresh produce, baked goods, handmade crafts, prepared foods, and other locally sourced items throughout the season. Organizers said the market is intended to provide residents and visitors with an opportunity to support local producers while enjoying the waterfront setting at Clute Park.
