Join Atwater Vineyards and Little Clover Wine Company for a dreamy summer collaboration featuring a four-course vegan wine pairing dinner by Parlor City Vegan. Chef Sara Lei will present an imaginative menu with each course thoughtfully paired with wines from Atwater Vineyards and Little Clover Wine Company, with introductions from the winemakers. Designed to delight vegans and omnivores alike!
The special menu will include:
- Creamy white bean dip, pickled tomato, house-baked focaccia, garden herbs
- Whipped vegan goat cheese, summer snap peas, smoked tofu
- Quesadilla with house cashew queso, local oyster mushrooms, house-made tortilla served with marinated Zucchini salad, sesame
- Mandarin Orange sponge cake, blueberry compote, vanilla crème, with flower garnish
