VOLEUR 2024 CROWSCATO

Bubbly lovers, this one’s for you! Our Voleur 2024 Crowscato just took home Best in Class Pét Nat, and we couldn’t be more excited!

Made with Valvin Muscat grapes, this light-bodied wine brings floral, crisp flavors with a little Moscato-inspired sweetness and plenty of natural sparkle.

The Valvin Muscat grapes were crushed and destemmed, then fermented on skins with pied de cuve (wild yeast) for 3 days prior to pressing it. The fermentation continued in stainless steel then the wine was bottled to complete fermentation & get those lively bubbles!

Best enjoyed during Golden Hour with friends and a delicous cheese spread.
