Our Cabernet Franc 2023 is an agile yet fleshy wine, displaying both fruity and earthy characteristics. It was fermented in stainless steel for 19 days before being pressed off and barrel aged in neutral French oak for 10 months. This wine saw no sugar or acid adjustments, nor was it fined— keeping it vegan—or heavily filtered; remaining true to its vintage and the soil it came from.
