Steuben County officials have announced the upcoming closure of two bridges, affecting travel in Prattsburgh and Rathbone.
According to Steuben County Public Works Commissioner Eric Rose, the bridge on Bean Station Road in Prattsburgh and the bridge spanning Tuscarora Creek in Rathbone will be closed starting March 31. Detour routes will be in place to accommodate motorists while work is underway.
Local residents and travelers are advised to plan accordingly and use alternate routes during the closures. Further details regarding the expected duration of the projects have not yet been provided.
