Hearing ask voters to exceed the state mandated “tax cap”
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held at the Urbana Town Hall, 8014 Pleasant Valley Rd., Bath, NY on Tuesday, October 17 at 6:30 p.m. for the purpose of adopting Local Law 2023 3, a Local Law overriding the property tax cap for the fiscal year commencing January 1, 2024.
