Keuka Lake Wine Trail Announces a Signature Event: Savoring Sweets!
The Keuka Lake Wine Trail brings you another immersive wine and food experience! Enjoy a unique, specially prepared experience at each of our five member wineries along Keuka Lake. You’ll have a custom itinerary for the day where you’ll be treated to special tastings, wine samples, and light food pairings featuring items curated by a local chef with a sweet inspiration in mind.
Your ticket includes a unique tasting experience at all 5 member wineries with a custom itinerary including 4 wine samples at each stop and sweet pairings. This is not just your average tasting! Experiences range from owner/winemaker led tastings, behind the scenes discussions, vertical tastings, tasting unreleased wines, and more!
The menu for the event that spans across each of the Trail’s member wineries includes:
- Crostini, Mascarpone, Pistachio, Pomegranate, Salted White Chocolate Bark
- Arugula, Rehydrated Cherry, Toasted Walnut, Balsamic, Shaved Dark Chocolate
- Chocolate Spice Rubbed Roast Pork, Mole Beans, Mocha Pepitas, Cilantro
- White Chocolate Orange Mousse, Biscotti, White Chocolate Bark
- Flourless Chocolate Torte, Fresh Raspberry, Raspberry Truffle
