Wine lovers on Keuka Lake rejoice! Point of the Bluff Vineyards is throwing a release party for their highly anticipated 2020 Syrah on Saturday, April 13th from 2pm to 5pm at The Pavilion.
This special event offers guests the chance to be among the first to taste this “Grand Finale” of the 2020 vintage, as described by Point of the Bluff’s winemaker, Justin. In a statement, Justin highlighted the unique characteristics of the Syrah, noting its “heavily concentrated and ripe deep-red fruits” with hints of “wild game and herbal quality.”
The afternoon celebration goes beyond the delicious Syrah. Tickets include one glass of the featured wine alongside hors d’oeuvres, with additional wines available for purchase. Guests can also enjoy live music by Aaron Lipp while learning about the vineyard’s practices, winemaking techniques, and the story behind the 2020 vintage from Justin himself.
