On Monday, Hunter Biden was found guilty of three felony charges involving weapons. He was the first son or daughter of a sitting president to be found guilty.
Shawn D. Hogan, who has served as one of highest-ranking members of the state Democratic party of the years and was the former Mayor of Hornell, quickly showed his support to the justice and legal system, which reached the guilty verdict.
A statement from Hogan read, “The jury of his peers has found Hunter Biden guilty on three felony charges. I support the rule of law and our Justice System. I did not criticize the DOJ, the Judge or the jury. (signed) Shawn D. Hogan Steuben County Democratic Chairman.”
Of the counts Hunter Biden was found guilty, they vary in sentences from fines to of 10 years in prison.
In a statement, President Joe Biden said, “Jill and I love our son, and we are so proud of the man he is today.”
