BOLO: White 2015-2019 GMC Sierra 3500 1 ton dually with front end damage

A large pickup truck crossed the center line and hit a motorcyclist head on before fleeing toward the Naples area. The condition of the motorcyclist is unknown, here is the report from YCSO:

DRIVER: Joshua A. Presher (30) Prattsburg, NY
CHARGE: Pending
INJURIES: Shoulder and various lacerations
Yates County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a truck versus motorcycle crash on Italy Valley Road near the Ontario County line. Joshua Presher was traveling north on Italy Valley Road on a motorcycle when a truck traveling south crossed the center line striking Mr. Presher head on. The truck fled the area and was last observed heading south towards Naples, NY. The truck is believed to be a White 2015-2019 GMC Sierra 3500 1 ton dually with front end damage.
