Julie Kuck, 39, the Town Justice of Lindley, was arrested by New York State Police for charges including Aggravated D.W.I. with a child under 15 in the car, a felony, as well as misdemeanors for D.W.I. and operating a vehicle with a BAC over .08%.
According to the Steuben County Town and Village Court Schedule, Kuck is the Town Justice for Lindley.
