The Erwin Transfer Station will be temporarily closed to commercial haulers and dump trailers from November 18th to November 23rd to undergo essential site upgrades.
During this period, residents will still be able to utilize the station for the disposal of bagged garbage and recycling.
“We understand that these closures may cause some inconvenience,” said Eddie VanStine, Steuben County Public Information Director. “We appreciate your patience as we work to improve our facilities for the future.”
Normal Operating Hours for Steuben County Transfer Stations:
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
