A Heartfelt Update from Racalto’s
Dear Hornell,
We are so grateful for this amazing community and wanted to take a moment to celebrate a special milestone with you. Our talented dessert baker, Chris, had an incredible night this past Friday—selling more desserts in one evening than in all of our desserts in the previous three weeks combined! This achievement is not just a reflection of his talent but also of his patience, perseverance, and passion for creating something truly special.
Chris’s first creation, the Apple Pie Egg Roll, has been so loved that other cakeries have started making their own versions—what an honor to see his creativity inspiring other cakeries! Because of your overwhelming support, we’ve asked Chris to expand his dessert offerings to two or three per week, with the goal of welcoming him as Racalto’s full-time dessert baker.
Tonight, Chris has put his heart into a delicious Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake Bar, made with love and care.
