SUNY Corning Community College is set to host a Regional Job Fair today, Wednesday, April 23, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The event will take place in the college’s gymnasium at 1 Academic Drive, Corning, NY. Admission is free and open to all job seekers.
The job fair is a collaborative effort sponsored by SUNY Corning Community College, Chemung-Schuyler-Steuben Workforce New York (CSS Workforce NY), the New York State Department of Labor, and GST BOCES. It aims to connect employers from the Chemung, Schuyler, and Steuben counties with prospective employees.
Over 70 employers from various sectors, including healthcare, manufacturing, finance, education, and public service, will be present. Notable participants include Arnot Health, Chemung Canal Trust Company, Kennedy Valve, The Hilliard Corporation, Hardinge Inc., Pathways Inc., Siemens, and the New York State Department of Transportation.
Job seekers will have the opportunity to engage directly with recruiters, learn about available positions, and submit their resumes. The fair caters to a wide range of job opportunities, from entry-level to professional roles, across various industries.
Attendees who pre-registered by the April 21 deadline and attend the fair will be entered into a drawing to win a Corning Community College Nike backpack filled with CCC merchandise.
