Jersey Mike’s Subs is set to open a new location at 72 W. Pulteney Street in Corning, New York, marking its continued expansion in the Southern Tier region. The forthcoming shop, situated adjacent to Starbucks, has been confirmed by signage on the building and its inclusion on Jersey Mike’s official website. While an exact opening date has not been announced, the presence of promotional materials and a displayed menu inside the window indicate that preparations are underway.
This development follows the successful launch of a Jersey Mike’s Subs in Horseheads, which opened on December 6, 2023, in the Southern Tier Crossing Plaza off County Road 64. The Horseheads location features a modern interior with ample seating and operates daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Jersey Mike’s is renowned for its freshly made sub sandwiches, including options like the Turkey and Provolone, Club Sub, and the Famous Philly. Customers can customize their orders and choose to have them prepared “Mike’s Way,” which includes a blend of onions, lettuce, tomatoes, vinegar, oil, and spices.
The Corning location will join a growing list of Jersey Mike’s establishments in upstate New York, reflecting the brand’s strategy to expand in the region.
