The Wineglass Race Series is setting the pace for another memorable fall, announcing the dates for its 2025 marathon weekend, scheduled for October 3–5. Known for its scenic courses and strong community spirit, the Wineglass Marathon has become a signature event in New York’s Southern Tier, drawing thousands of runners and spectators each year.
Organizers revealed a fresh lineup of sponsors for this year’s race series, highlighting a diverse mix of local and regional support. Among the newest partners are WEB Renewable Energy USA, Valicenti Advisory Services, Lakewood Vineyards, and the esteemed Dr. Konstantin Frank Winery. Their support reflects a blend of clean energy, financial expertise, and Finger Lakes winemaking—all pillars of the region’s identity.
Race Director Sheila Sutton praised the new additions, saying, “We’re proud to partner with organizations that not only excel in their fields but also share our commitment to health, community, and local pride.”
The three-day event features a range of races culminating in the full marathon, which winds through the picturesque Finger Lakes region and finishes in historic downtown Corning. Registration is currently open, with full details available at wineglassmarathon.com.
