17th Annual Bare Knuckle Boxing Hall of Fame EVENT SCHEDULE for 2025 here in Belfast, NY ( Knuckle Town, USA):
FRIDAY, JULY 18:
4pm – Early Bird tour of the 1889 Bare Knuckle Boxing Hall of Fame.
6:30pm – Mrs. Muhammad Ali book signing at the brick Victorian Belfast Bed & Breakfast dead center in Belfast by the park next to Ace’s Restaurant.
7:30pm-ish – Casual and fun Paint & Sip Welcoming Party for Mrs. Ali and the fighters and honorees in town… at the same place. BYOB of choice.
SATURDAY JULY 19:
6am for those ambitious, up early, and looking for something to do, it’s the Huge Annual Great Wellsville Hot Air Balloon Rally in Wellsville, NY… 1st launch of weekend is 6am.
11am – Meet & Greet this year’s Inductees, Honorees, Mrs. Ali, fighters and guests… at the Belfast Municipal Building (the Fire Hall) on ther north side of the park. Cool merchandise for sale to help support the Hall of Fame will be available.
12noon – Lunch and 2025 Hall of Fame Induction, Celebration, and Awards right there at the Municipal Building too.
2pm-ish – Unveiling of the “Fist of John L.” on Main Street as created by sculpture Greg Spinola. Tour of the Main Street HOF Annex and its’ progress.
2:30pm – Second tour of the weekend of the 1889 Bare Knuckle Boxing Hall of Fame.
3:30pm-ish – John L. Sullivan Bar Pulling Contest, and its historical legend.
4pm – Old fashion Horse Shoes at HOF if interested.
6:30pm-ish to 11pm or so – Food truck and BYOB Bon Fire at our house; 3876 State Route 19, Scio NY 14880 (20 minutes from Belfast). A fun relaxing time for all. Love from Scott & Judy!!!!
