The Greek word éktasi (έκταση) translates to “expanse” in English. We believe this perfectly reflects Atwater Vineyard’s skin-fermented blend, an enthralling wine with intense and complex flavors that will open your palate and delight your senses.
The nose of the Èktasi 2021 offers complex notes of dried flowers, marmalade, and candied lemon peel. On the palate, concentrated flavors of apricot, oranges, roasted almonds, and rose tea lead to a finish accompanied by soft tannins and bright acidity. Yamas!
