The New York State Police announce the arrest of Kyle Marshall, age 23, from Prattsburgh, NY, following a comprehensive child exploitation investigation conducted by SP Bath Bureau of Criminal Investigation, Troop E Computer Crimes Unit, Troop E Forensic Investigation Unit, SP Bath, and SP Wayland Uniform Force. The investigation originated with a referral from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
On July 3, 2023, State Police executed a search warrant on 8154 County Route 77 in the town of Pulteney as part of an ongoing child exploitation investigation. During the search, numerous electronic devices were seized for forensic examination by the Troop E Computer Crimes Unit (CCU).
Following a Superior Court Warrant issued by Honorable Chauncey J. Watches returnable to the Steuben County Court, on July 18, 2025, Marshall was charged with:
- 43 Counts of Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child (D Felony)
- 43 Counts of Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child (E Felony)
Marshall was processed at SP Bath and transported to Steuben County Jail.
