25-year-old Autreyu L. Massaline accused in death of Edward J. Warren; investigation remains ongoing
An Ithaca man has been charged with second-degree murder following a fatal stabbing reported last week. Ithaca Police say 25-year-old Autreyu L. Massaline was arrested on Saturday, July 26, in connection with the death of 54-year-old Edward J. Warren. The stabbing occurred Thursday, July 24, near the 200 block of Elmira Road.
According to police, members of the Ithaca Police Investigations Division and the New York State Police Major Crimes Unit arrested Massaline around 10 p.m. Saturday. He was processed on the second-degree murder charge, a class A-1 felony, and taken to the Tompkins County Jail without bail.
