Hospital’s Legacy Tree Dedicated in Honor of Janice Blum
From UR Noyes,
A new symbol of remembrance and generosity now graces our community. On June 27th, a ribbon-cutting ceremony was held to unveil the Legacy Tree, a heartfelt tribute made possible through the generous support of Julie Blum and her family, in loving memory of her late mother, Janice Blum.
Located in the main lobby between the Spice Box and Switchboard within Noyes Memorial Hospital- the Tree serves as a lasting celebration of lives well lived and the enduring impact of giving. Each leaf and stone on the tree represent a meaningful contribution, with opportunities to personalize inscriptions in memory or in honor of loved ones.
“This tree is more than just a beautiful installation, it’s a living legacy,” said Tracy Sciotti, who helped coordinate the project. “We are deeply grateful to the Blum family for their generosity and vision in bringing this tribute to life.”
