Maddox, Gardner, Meehan, Kidder, and Waight join SCSO
From the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office,
On Wednesday, October 29, 2025, Sheriff Allard did hold a swearing in for several members of the Sheriff’s Office.
In our Jail Division Officer Sydney Maddox was sworn in as a Full-time Correction Officer; Officers Lorrie Gardner and James Meehan were sworn in as Part-time Corrections Officers assigned to Court Security; and Officer Travis Waight was promoted and sworn in as a Corrections Sergeant.
In our Road Patrol Division, Deputy Brian Kidder was promoted and sworn in as a Sergeant.
