“The driver became a passenger, real quick”

The New York State Police had a vehicle with swapped license plates and initiated a traffic stop on Thursday.
The license plate wasn’t the only thing fishy. When troopers took a closer look at the “up-to-date” registration and inspection, they noticed the only thing that was legit was the fact they were made with crayons!
But the driver was multi-talented. They used crayons, makers and pens to make the fake inspection and registration.
Troopers were impressed.
“In fact they appeared to be hand drawn using a mix of pen, marker, and crayon with an impressive amount of confidence,” they said. “It’s a friendly reminder arts and crafts supplies do not count as valid documentation.”
The driver became a passenger real quick. The vehicle was taken off the road and the driver was given “multiple tickets.”
Unfortunately, troopers used printer ink for the tickets, not crayons.
A Facebook post by the state police has 19,000 likes and 6,500 shares.
