Brought to you buy the Casa Mezcal family, to open fourth location in early 2026

Steuben County and the Keuka Lake community couldn’t be happier, or hungrier as the countdown to Nacion Taco’s opening is expected to open early this year.
Nacion Taco is brought to you by the popular Bath NY restaurant at Casa Mezcal Flavors of Mexico. Known for authentic cuisine and a great atmosphere, the busy restaurant has been working on this new Hammondsport destination since early 2025.
We talked to Fernando from the Nacion Taco team about what customers can expect:
“We are having a lot of taco dishes, because our name is Nacion Taco! We want to honor the taco bringing different flavors, salsas, and educating the people what a real taco is, is not just the street tradicional taco that we all know and that everybody loves. There are so many flavors you can find in a taco and thats what we want to show to our custumers.”
The new location will open in the Village of Hammondsport, next to Burgers and Blues, on Shethar Street. Fernando noted that they do not have a solid opening date yet but they could be serving tacos this month! Stay tuned to the Keuka Sun for the latest.
