While the “Tap House” name might lead you to focus solely on their excellent rotation of craft brews (and they truly do have a fantastic selection!), the real showstopper for us is their hand-crafted cocktail program. The bartenders here are true artists, and we have to give a massive, well-deserved shout-out to their Espresso Martinis. They use whipped vodka, which adds a dreamy, velvety sweetness that takes the drink to a whole new level. It’s become our “must-order” every single time we walk through the door. Whether you’re sitting inside soaking up the cozy wood-and-steel vibes or enjoying the fresh air, that first sip of espresso is pure bliss.
Beyond the drinks, Solera is a true community hub. We love that there’s always something happening, from Trivia Mondays to Live Music Fridays. It’s a space designed for lingering and laughter, which fits our “Four Fine Friends” philosophy perfectly. They’ve managed to create a spot that feels both like a specialized cocktail lounge and a welcoming backyard gathering.
