Join us at Keuka Spring Vineyards for a special Honey & Wine Pairing that celebrates two of nature’s most expressive products: wine and honey. In collaboration with Howley Honey, this guided experience explores how soil, climate, and careful stewardship shape flavor, aroma, and texture in both the glass and the hive.
Guided by Master Beekeeper Connor Howley and Head Winemaker Dan Bissell, guests will explore a curated flight of Keuka Spring Vineyards wines paired with locally harvested honeys, revealing surprising harmonies between floral expression, sweetness, acidity, and terroir.
