Each Sunday we are creating a featured flight of wines to pair perfectly with a complimentary tapa, when you purchase two flights of wine in the Bistro.
This Sunday the featured flight is 2019 Riesling – Glacier Ridge Vineyards, 2017 Riesling – Tango Oaks Vineyards and 2015 Pinot Gris – Curry Creek Vineyards. And the tapa is a sauteed garlic shrimp with garlic and preserved lemon…a match made in heaven.
