Spend the evening discovering the art and science behind wine blending!
Point of the Bluff winemaker Jordan Harris will lead a blending session where you will taste some single-varietal wines and learn about the principles behind a good, balanced wine blend. In small groups, you will try your hand at making your own custom blend. Experience first hand the magic that goes into creating that perfect sip.
At the end of the night, you’ll have the opportunity to try all of the custom blends and vote on a winner! The best part? The winning wine will go into production and be released as a wine club member exclusive.
Your ticket includes the blending session, wine tastings, a light meal prepared by our sister restaurant, The Park Inn, and the opportunity to purchase a bottle of the winning blend.
