Point of the Bluff Hospitality Group is home to Point of the Bluff Vineyards, FLX Crush, Park Inn Restaurant & Accommodations, and more. We’re a unique Finger Lakes destination that blends wine, hospitality, and community.
Point of the Bluff Vineyards celebrates 10 years of producing premium single-vineyard wines. FLX Crush, launched in 2025, is a custom crush and incubator program supporting small-label winemakers and producers.
About the Internship
We are offering a new internship designed to support underrepresented individuals in the wine industry. You will gain hands-on experience across wine production, viticulture, marketing, and DTC sales, with real impact across the business. Bonus: We will finance your first 200-case wine under your own label if you choose to pursue it!

Compensation
•$18–$20 per hour
•Financing for your first 200-case wine
•0% interest repayment based on COGS only
