Betty L. Woodside, 72, of Penn Yan was arrested by Penn Yan Police on 03/16/2026 following a theft investigation. It is alleged that Woodside stole merchandise from a local business in the village. Betty was charged with Petit Larceny and transported to the Penn Yan Police Department for processing. Betty was later released on an appearance ticket to appear at Penn Yan Village Court at a later date to answer to the charge.
