Penn Yan Police Department / April 7, 2026
Penn Yan Police arrested Nicola A. Costa, 19, of Irondequoit for Grand Larceny 4th, Possession of Stolen Property 4th and Possession of Alcohol Under 21. Police also arrested Tristan J. Reed, 21 of Hamden, NY for Conspiracy 5th. Both were arrested following an investigation into a stolen credit card. Costa allegedly conspired with Reed to steal a credit card from another individual. Costa then used the card to purchase alcohol while being under 21. Costa and Reed were both processed and released on an appearance tickets to appear in Village Court at a later date.
