PENN YAN – The Village of Penn Yan has officially announced an open recruitment search for a new Deputy Director of Public Works to oversee day-to-day operations across municipal infrastructure, public services, and department programs.
The leadership position works directly alongside Public Works Director Melissa Gerhardt, field staff, engineering consultants, private contractors, and the public to ensure municipal services are executed safely and efficiently throughout the village. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, hands-on professional capable of leading operational teams and managing public works assets.
