Sheriff’s Institute 2026 Annual Membership Drive – 03.29.26
The New York State Sheriffs’ Institute’s annual Honorary Membership drive is live, and new members are already signing up, and existing members are renewing their memberships. As a not-for-profit organization, the Institute relies on donations and honorary memberships to support its valuable programming, including the Sheriff’s Summer Camp.
Honorary Members directly impact their communities through their support of the Institute. Membership dues help to send kids to camp, provide victims’ services through Sheriff Assist, coordinate timely and important training for law enforcement, and provide scholarships to college-bound students.
Invitations have been mailed to randomly selected households across the state, and anyone who would like to become an Honorary Member is welcome to sign up at www.sheriffsinstitute.org. The Sheriffs’ Institute does NOT solicit donations or memberships via telephone.
