CHARGES: Use of a Child in a sexual performance, Promoting a sexual performance by a child, Sexual misconduct, Endangering the welfare of a child.
Narrative:
On 4/15/26 Yates County deputies arrested Jason Mayhew after an investigation revealed that in January of 2026 he had engaged in a sexual relationship with a minor. He was taken to the Yates County Jail to await arraignment in Yates County CAP Court.
