WOLCOTT, N.Y. — Rochester Regional Health is excited to welcome Jill Hopkins, NP, to its primary care team in Wolcott. Hopkins is now seeing patients at Internal Medicine – Wolcott, located at 6254 Lawville Road.
With experience in primary care, Hopkins cares for patients with a wide range of acute and chronic health needs. She takes a holistic approach to care, recognizing that supporting a patient’s overall health means looking beyond physical health to also consider their emotional, mental, and social well-being.
“I’m excited to be part of the Wolcott community and to have the opportunity to care for patients and families here,” said Hopkins. “Primary care is such an important part of overall health, and I look forward to building relationships with my patients, getting to know what matters most to them and helping them stay healthy for years to come.”
Hopkins earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Keuka College. She is a member of the Nurse Practitioner Association of New York State and is a certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-BC).
Outside of work, Hopkins enjoys traveling, hiking, and gardening.
