Steuben County will hold a public hearing on new cannabis regulations.
A public hearing will take place at 10 a.m. on Monday at the County Annex Building, located at 20 East Morris Street in Bath. This session will address the recently proposed Steuben County cannabis legislation. Steuben County Legislative Chair Kelly Fitzpatrick (R-Bath) emphasized, “This new law aims to help us close down establishments illegally selling marijuana and related products.” The hearing will provide an opportunity for community members to express their opinions on the matter.
