A Penn Yan woman was arrested on October 21st after being pulled over for traffic violations and subsequently failing field sobriety tests.
Ann E. Fullagar, 70, was stopped by Penn Yan Police for speeding and disregarding a stop sign. Officers observed signs of impairment and administered field sobriety tests, which Fullagar failed.
A chemical test revealed a blood alcohol content (BAC) of .06%. Fullagar was charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Alcohol (DWAI), speeding, and failure to stop at a stop sign. She was released with traffic tickets and is due in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
