- Access Control System Update: A $63,700 contract with Convergint was approved to enhance the county’s access control system with new door mechanisms.
- Facility Project Adjustments: Contracts with the Building Innovation Group and Landry Mechanical were amended by approximately $11,000 each to accommodate changes in project scope for the Highway, Office of Emergency Services, and Public Health Facility Project.
Financial Resolutions
In preparation for the new year, legislators finalized key financial decisions:
- Tax Rate Adoption: The 2025 Equalization and Apportionment Table was adopted, ensuring equitable tax levies across towns while maintaining funding for essential services.
