Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that on July 22, 2025, Deputies and Investigators of the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office arrested Emil Aliev, age 33, of County Route 78, Prattsburgh, New York, following an investigation of a reported rape. It is alleged that Mr. Aliev had sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 13 years, causing harm to that person, in Prattsburgh. Mr. Aliev is charged with Rape in the First Degree, a class B Felony and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Mr. Aliev was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court and released on $7,500 bail.
