A family-favorite fundraiser is gearing up for its eighth year as the “Trucks! Trucks! Trucks!” event returns to Corning Community College on Saturday, August 16.
Presented by B&W Towing and Chemung Canal Trust Company, the event offers a rare chance for children and families to explore an impressive collection of vehicles, from fire trucks and cranes to a helicopter. Visitors can experience the display in parking lots C and D on the CCC campus along Academic Drive from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
In addition to the massive machines, the day will feature food vendors, live demonstrations by the Corning Joint Fire District, a monster truck-themed bounce house, arts and crafts with the Girl Scouts, and other kid-friendly activities. All proceeds from the fundraiser will benefit Kid’s Adventure Club, a local childcare program.
