BATH NY – The Steuben County Dairy Festival returned to Bath on Saturday June 6th, marking the 67th annual celebration of the county’s dairy industry. The long-running event brought together residents, visitors, agricultural organizations, and local businesses to recognize the importance of dairy farming to Steuben County and the surrounding region. Festival activities were centered in and around the village of Bath and included a variety of family-friendly attractions and community events.
Organizers planned a full day of activities, including a parade, live entertainment, exhibits, food vendors, and events highlighting the area’s agricultural heritage. The festival also featured a car, tractor, and motorcycle show at the Steuben County Fairgrounds, adding to the lineup of attractions available throughout the day. Community members had opportunities to learn more about local agriculture while enjoying entertainment and activities designed for visitors of all ages.
The Steuben County Dairy Festival has been a local tradition for more than six decades, serving as an annual recognition of the dairy farmers and agricultural businesses that contribute to the region’s economy. Organizers said the event continues to provide a venue for celebrating agriculture, promoting community involvement, and showcasing one of Steuben County’s most important industries.
